- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or crafting custom adjustments, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges for your order are based on the total dollar amount of your order at checkout.
- We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable delivery.
- Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 2 to 7 business days once the item has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Simple Sacks NH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Simple Sacks NH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
