At Simple Sacks NH, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade handbags and totes from high-quality upholstery samples. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Item Condition
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted for a return.
Return Shipping Costs
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
  • All approved refunds will be dispersed via paper check mailed to your address.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your item to process the return and mail your check.
How to Initiate a Return

  • In Person: If you are local to the Mount Washington Valley, you can also arrange a drop-off at our workshop located at 198 Kearsarge Street, North Conway, NH. Please contact us ahead of time to coordinate.
